The BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test) is a university-level engineering entrance exam that opens the doors to BITS' three campuses in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. This exam is quite popular, with approximately 200,000 students taking it every year. It's a 3-hour online test featuring objective questions in four sections: Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics.
- MHTCET
MHTCET, or the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, is an annual state-level examination conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra. This exam is designed for students seeking admission to first-year Engineering and Technology (BE/BTech) as well as Pharmacy (BPharma/PharmD) programs within the state.
- MET
Manipal Academy of Higher Education, formerly known as Manipal University, conducts annual online entrance exams for admission. Known as the Manipal Entrance Test (MET), previously referred to as MU OET, this university-level examination garners more than 50,000 applications each year. This admission test is conducted at multiple test centers across India and offers around 20,000 available seats for B.Tech programs. The exam duration is three hours, and it assesses candidates based on the 10+2 curriculum. To be eligible for admission, applicants need to tackle 180 multiple-choice questions.
- SITEEE
Every year, the Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) holds its annual engineering entrance exam, known as SITEEE. Those who successfully pass SITEEE gain admission to the institute. Additionally, candidates who have cleared the JEE Main and MHT CET exams are eligible for admission as well. This entrance examination serves as the gateway to secure one of the 420 available B.Tech seats at the institute. The test consists of 100 different topics, with a total score of 200 points. - KIITEE
