Galgotias University is a state private university situated in Uttar Pradesh. Recognized by UGC, it conducts Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination (GEEE) annually in various cities across the country for admissions to B. Tech and integrated dual degree (B.Tech plus MBA programme).
The fees for engineering courses vary from branch to branch. But generally it is Rs. 1.49 lakhper annum as tuition fee plus Rs. 10,000 per annum as a examination fee. Candidates who secured 70% or above in PCM at XII level or merit in qualifying exams like JEE, UPSEE are also eligible.
Courses offered
Being a multi-specialty university, it offers a wide range of Engineering courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The university offers 12 B.Tech courses in which a few unique courses are: Computer Science & Engineering with specialization in Cloud Computing & Virtualization, Open Source Software & Open Standards, Business Analytics, Telecom Informatics and Mainframe Technology.
Galgoti as also offers5-year integrated B.Tech with MBA.

Scholarships
The university offers 100% tuition fee waiver to toppers who hold lst Rank in the Board University. Those aspirants who secure up to 4000th rank in the IIT/JEE Examination or up to 100 rank in the UPSEE examination get 50% tuition fee waiver.
Infrastructure
Galgotias University is spread over 52 acres of rolling green campus at a prime location on the Yamuna Expressway. It is close to some of the finest infrastructure being built in the NCR. The University has excellent laborites with advanced classroom with LCD projector.
The laboratory. The library has a collection of 38,655 books and Electronic Databases & Online Journals. Hostels with facilities for indoor games like table tennis, chess and cafeterias and other spaces are comparable with the best.
Counselling
Counselling will be held tentatively in the month of June. Candidates who qualify in the Galgoti as Engineering Entrance Examination will be called for counselling.
Candidates must attend the counselling in person and produce the original documents as specified.

The counselling procedure include document verification, opting of courses and seat allotment.
Document Verification
The following original documents along with two sets of photocopies are needed:

After verification of the documents, candidate will be allowed to opt for the course. Seat allotment will be done after the counseling.
