JEE 2025-26 Application Process: Deadline, Fees & Documents Needed:
The JEE registration will start soon from the 3rd week of January. The NTA will be announcing the registration on their website. We will also update whenever the dates are released. We will provide each and every information about the online registration. The process of form filling requires scanned copies, photos and some documents as given below.
The JEE released a separate JEE Main application form where all the information about four sections will be given, students can apply for one or more sessions. The application fees will differ accordingly. Students can also withdraw their money if they don't want to give.

Note: Image Correction Allowed: Midway the JEE Applications, NTA has anounced that Correction in Image File uploads is now allowed. Although initially, NTA had mentioned that that no edits and corrections will be allowed, but correction in image uploads have been allowed for JEE Application Process.
Documents needed for JEE Online Registration:
The candidate should have checked the information below before applying for JEE. It is compulsory for all the students to take all the documents with them.
Scanned image of photograph and signature – The candidate should have a new image as an old image will not be applicable and the photo should be clicked by a professional. A signature is also required which has to be scanned by the machine. The size, dimension and format should be exactly as given below-

Marksheet of class 10th- the candidate should have a marksheet of class 10th to fill the JEE exams form. The candidates have to enter the name , age, and father and mother name. The details have to be exactly the same as mentioned in class 10 marksheet.
Category/PwD/EWS Certificate: the candidate who belongs to this category has to upload a scanned document. The certificate should be valid according to the NTA.
Details of Internet Banking/Credit/Debit Card : The candidates need to keep ready the details of credit/debit card or internet banking for the payment of application fees. The fee of JEE Main 2025 application form can be paid only in online mode.
Step-by Step JEE Registration Process:
The online registration for JEE Mains 2020 (January Test) has begun on 3 September 2019. JEE Main Aspirants must go through the correct procedures mentioned below to complete your registration without any mistakes. Once the application & Fee Submission is complete, no changes/edits/corrections can be made. Each candidate can submit only one application form per year. The application number of each candidate is unique & are to be used for the procedures for both January & April JEE Main Exams.

Stage 1: JEE Registration:
Step 1: Visit the official site of NTA (JEE Main) whose link is: (https://jeemain.nta.nic.in)
Step 2: Click on “fill online application form” & select your choice of exam & click 'Register'.

Step 3: You will be taken to Guidelines Page that asks you to click the checkbox confirming that you had read the JEE Main 2020 Bulletin & Guidelines. Following this you must click “Proceed”.
Step 4: Fill all your details which includes:

Your name, Mother’s Name & Father’s name

Identity Type (Qualifying Exam Admit card with photograph & its roll number) or its equivalent.

Your Date of Birth, Gender, Address, e-mail address, mobile number.

Password Setup & a security question.

At the end of this step, you will be given to enter a captcha to verify that you are not a robot.
Step 5: Your application will be displayed to you with 2 options ‘Edit Registration Form’ & ‘Final Submit’. Followed by rechecking/editing, check ‘I agree’ & then you must hit the ‘Final Submit Button.
Step 6: This takes you to Registration Completion page from which you can note down your application number & verify mobile number & email id.
Stage 2: Application for Exam
Step 1: Students are made to fill their name, parents’ name, category(General, SC/ST/), State Code of Eligibility, “Are you diabetic?”, “Mode of Study”, Exam that you are applying for & 4 choices of exam centres. Enter your exam centres in the preference of decreasing order.
Step 2:
Enter your last/recent education details and its scores & also your parents’ occupation, qualification & annual income.
Enter the captcha & click submit.
Here again, you will be given a final chance to review/edit your application form, agree that all data provided is true & to make a final submission of your application form.
Stage 3: Image Upload
Scanned Passport Sized Photograph of Size= 10kb to 200 kb; Format= JPG / JPEG
Scanned Signature of Size= 4 kb to 30 kb; Format= JPG / JPEG
Stage 4: Fee Payment:
You will be shown the 3rd checkpoint screen which confirms that you have completed image submission. And will also display the registration amount to be paid (according to your category -Gen/SC/ST/PwD that you selection in 2nd stage.)

The Merchant Name that will show to you while making the payment will be "JEE Main" (as seen in the year 2019).
