Answer 2 : 15% seats are reserved for NRIs students in from 210 seats.

Answer 3 : In order to take admission into IIITH, NRI candidate should appear for the JEE Main examination. When JEE result came out , they can avail benifit of NRI quota through DASA CIWG to take admission into IIITH. For UG courses, applicants must have a valid score of JEE Main. In the event that an applicant has not taken part in the JEE Main exam, admission will be made either on the basis of the Olympiads or the UGEE administered by the college itself.

Answer 4 : IITH only requires 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and JEE main score.

Answer 7 : There is 3500 seats are reserved for NRIs students in engineering colleges in India. 15% reservation quota is available for NRIs students in prestegious engineering colleges like NITs, CFTIs, IIITs…SPAs etc. To know more about NRI quota, You can simply download our DASA / CIWG eBook (NRI quota).

Answer 8 : IIITH deeply insists that budgetary restrictions do not impede access to quality education. The Institute is also committed to providing financial support to any enrolled student who needs it. The below are the avenues for such assistance. State Bank of India (IIIT branch) guarantees a student loan from SBI to anybody who secures admission to IIITH for up to 20 lakhs (without the need for any security). This will be made eligible even though the applicant's family has other existing loans. IIITH graduates have set up a fund to help successfully admitted students on the basis of need. Assistance shall be given on a pay-it-forward basis*. The Fund shall have the following funding Guaranteed full assistance to enrolled students whose family income is below Rs 8 lakhs per year. Students above the income level can still qualify and can obtain funding for their education if their application is determined by the committee to be of the same quality.
