Application Deadlines for the Undergraduate Business colleges in the USA
Once you shortlisted the Business schools you wish to apply; now you’ve to decide which application deadline works best for you. Here’re the choices you can opt for:
Early Action:
Early Action indicates an early deadline. You can apply early (November of each year) and get to know if you’re selected earlier (December of each year) or not, under the Early Action. You aren’t constrained to enrol here. If you’re selected you can let the school know your decision till May 1 (each year). Schools might accept, deny or defer your application. If you’re deferred, you can apply again under the regular admission pool. If you’re denied then you’re unlikely to apply there.
EA is a good option if you don’t want to commit to a single school and examine the financial aid packages from lots of schools before choosing and enrolling for the best one.

Early Decision:
You can apply for one school alone under the Early Decision. That is, if you’re selected then you are constrained to enrol here. You’ve to sign on an agreement which is a part of your application here. Early Decision deadlines typically match the Early Action deadlines. Early Decision deadlines are usually around November 11 (each year) to November 15 (each year) and the schools will notify you their decision by December 15 (each year).
ED is a good option for the ones that want to make their college plans early. If you’re aware of all prerequisite stuff about a college and 100% sure about it then you apply under Early Decision. It also shows your enthusiasm and attitude to the admissions committee.
