Tip #8: Use graphing calculator wisely if you’re doing the SAT Mathematics Level 1 or Mathematics Level 2 as they’re allowed to a certain period of time. Tip #9: Maintain your answer sheet neatly as the answer sheet is scored by a machine. If you check on two answers mistakenly, the machine will consider it as an unanswered. So always cross out the wrong options.
Tip #10: Maintain a steady pace during the test duration. Each question consumes a specific amount of time to read, understand, solve and answer the question. Tip #11: Manage your time by a countdown timer. Double check your pace with the time you are about to left. Time impacts a ton in the standardized tests. So always check the portion of the test you’ve completed and the time you left with. Finish the test in a way that there’ll be some time to review the entire answers at the very end of the test. Tip #12: Focus on your answer sheet alone and forget the entire world for one long hour. If you puzzled with a question, don’t look around if they’re answering the questions well or not. Just stick to your question paper and keep answering as many as you can.
