“Semester” means, one of two divisions of an academic year. In other words, it is an academic term, the time during which a college / university begins the classes.
 
Unlike India, international college academic years start twice every year; once in February/March (Spring semester) and once in August/September (Fall Semester). For example, Australian universities have two semesters a year, between February and November. Most of the Canadian Universities usually run from early September until the end of April or early May. Universities in UK follow differing practices that use similar terminology. Many universities run 10-week Autumn, Spring and Summer terms, though some use different names or a semester system, with the new semester beginning halfway through the second term.

      “You can read SAT study books from Peterson,kaplan,Princeton Review,etc. With help of Local public library
      They usually throw these away when the next year’s edition comes out. All the math questions in the prior year’s edition are still useful for study. Make friends with the person at the library responsible for sending them to the landfill. Find out when this happens. Ask that person to set the books aside for you.
      If you Studying in Public High School go to your counselor office. They get copies of official SAT study guides if you are student & signed up to take the SAT,there should be copy waiting for you.If you want SAT books you can purchased from amazon,ebay also.”

      “Princeton, physics,Chemistry & Math level 2 is really helpful & had practice questions as well as mock papers.,I also used princeton too.
      For physics: Buy Cracking the SAT Physics Subject Test (College Test Preparation) Book Online at Low Prices in India
      For Math Level 2: Buy Cracking the SAT Math – 2 Subject Test (College Test Preparation) Book Online at Low Prices in India
      For Chemistry: Buy Cracking the SAT Chemistry Subject Test (College Test Preparation) Book Online at Low Prices in India
      For extra practice, you can check out Cracksat(SAT Subject Practice Tests) which has some really good, quality material.

      Some advice:

      If possible, I would recommend you to borrow the above books from someone or get a second hand copy. If a friend is also giving the same exam, divide the cost and share the books. These books are expensive and I don’t see any need to spend so much money on them. You don’t need the latest version, an older version will also work just fine. I prepared from 2011, 2013 versions.
      If you are a serious JEE aspirant, the Subject tests would be very easy for you. So just run through all the material and then start giving practice tests. The more practice tests you give, better will be your score.
      You don’t need to attempt all questions for an 800. You can score full marks without attempting all the questions. I left 2–3 questions blank in all exams and still managed to get a perfect score.

      “Four ETS math 2 available in library with the following conversions:
      42 /50) raw score = 800
      43 / 50) raw score = 800
      43 / 50) raw score = 800
      44 /50) raw score = 800

      four ETS physics SAT2 in my library with the following conversions:
      65/75) raw score = 800
      71/75) raw score = 800
      63/75) raw score = 800
      59/75) raw score = 800
      The raw score is obtained by taking the number correct and subtracting 1/4 of the number wrong to get the raw score. For example, if I scored 8 wrong and 67 right on a physics SAT2 I would net a score of 65. If I scored 67 right and left 8 blank I would end up with a 67 raw score.

      If you are trying to get an 800, my advice is answer everything. Your chance of guessing right is probably better than 20% — if you are that good, your guesses are probably 50/50.”

      So, done these all things & you can earn 800.easier said then done,i know very well but i done this & got 800 solving paper in 25minutes out of alloted 60 minutes
      According to me i think this is the best chemistry prep for SAT 2 chemistry.”
