Required: You must take SAT Subject Tests according to the college needs. Some colleges ask you to submit to check your proficiency in the particular major. Some colleges want you to submit two or three Subject Tests especially if you’re a Home-schooled or an International student.
Recommended: Submitting Subject Tests decision is up to you. Subject Test score submission plays a key role when your general SAT score is low. Most colleges appreciate your Subject Test score submission which showcases your knowledge and competencies on a particular subject.
Considered: Colleges don’t expect your Subject Test scores. You can send your test scores if you have a real interest in that particular subject or your major is associated with that subject. Still, you can submit your Subject Test scores to enhance your chance of admission.
